Entering the railway immediately after graduating, since the earliest days of his career Adam has worked in resourcing, his first two years having been spent with Balfour Beatty, leaving as a Senior Rostering Supervisor in 2012 to become Labour Manager at Vital Rail.
After a brief stint back at Balfour Beatty, he spent three and half years as Logistics and Resource Manager for Keltbray followed by a further four years as Rail Manager over at rail and infrastructure specialists, Readypower.
Having forged an excellent reputation on projects such as Crossrail, Kings Cross Remodelling, the Southern Alliance Renewals Programme, not to mention a number of Network Rail delivery units, Adam’s appointment was a major win for Amaro.
