Having only worked at Amaro for a short while, it’s clear that the company is people focused, safety centred and scaling rapidly.

Amaro promotes professional development, upskilling staff members to their full potential. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for me here.

About Joel

A hugely popular and conscientious member of the team, Joel works alongside our Project Manager, Michael Flynn, supporting the delivery of a variety of schemes, from IRJ recoveries and cable renewals, to track circuit upgrades, points conversions, and signal structure refurbishments.

Whilst at Network Rail, he played a key role in the maintenance of signalling assets, ranging from signals, cables and DC track circuits, right through to automatic and train protection warning systems. Still to this day, he enjoys nothing more than getting to grips with his projects in person, supporting his colleagues out on site.
