About Holly

A dedicated professional with excellent communication skills, Holly plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our stores facilities, working closely with project teams across the business to maintain accurate inventory records and support equipment deployment on some of our most challenging rail projects.

Since joining Amaro, Holly has established herself as a key member of the operations team, taking ownership of the equipment book in/out process and ensuring that all tools and materials are properly accounted for and maintained to the exacting standards required for safety-critical rail work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising stores operations and maintaining tidy, organised facilities
  • Managing equipment inventory and ensuring accurate database records
  • Supporting procurement processes including quotes and purchase orders
  • Maintaining PPE registers and ensuring compliance with safety standards
  • Assisting with fleet management and providing cover for the Stores & Fleet Manager
  • Driving continuous improvements within stores operations
  • Supporting audit processes and maintaining disciplined filing procedures

Working under the direction of Stores & Fleet Manager Dan Douglas, Holly’s proactive approach to learning new skills and developing her administrative competencies demonstrates her commitment to professional growth within the rail industry.
