Almost exactly a year ago, Eva Callaghan and Cameron Fitchett worked their first shifts as Amaro apprentices…

And look how far they’ve come!

  • PTS Qualification – PASSED
  • MOD5 (Test Assistant) Course – PASSED
  • Basic Signalling 1 Course – PASSED
  • Electrical Installation Course – PASSED
  • OLEC1 Course – PASSED
  • Mental Health First Aider Qualification – PASSED

For those still not convinced, these two are ALL the proof you need that apprentices are the future of the rail industry.

Motivated, hard working, resilient, and eager to learn, they have a long and glittering career ahead of them.
