Appointment of Possession Planner – Kamyus Metrane

The directors and senior management of Amaro Signalling are delighted to announce the appointment of Kamyus Metrane to the position of Possession Planner.

We are pleased to announce the recent engagement of Kam as our new full time Possession Planner. A key appointment as part of the organisation’s strategic plan for the fortchoming years, Kam has five years’ experience within the Railway Industry, starting as a track man and undertaking COSS duties before obtaining his SSOW Planning qualification whilst working for a Network Rail Delivery Unit.

Kam spends his time working hand in hand with our Project Managers to plan a Safe System of Work, put in requests for closures where necessary, report on possession performance utilisation whilst maintaining a possession schedule to produce a detailed result in an optimised work programme. He works in partnership with our clients in order to achieve maximum productivity for their projects and is responsible for the production and review of all SWP’s within the business.
