Amaro apprentices pass their MOD 5 (Test Assistant) course

Congratulations are due to our apprentices, Eva Callaghan, Cameron Fitchett, Liam Hennessy and Assistant Installer, Mark Badder, on successfully passing their MOD 5 (Test Assistant) course!

No easy task, this 5-day course is intended for those looking to take on the role of Test Assistant, giving them the knowledge and practical foundations required, and setting them on the path to their IRSE Test Assistant Licence 1.3.150.

Whilst there’s still mentorship and licensing to go, this is a BIG step forward in a signalling professional’s career, preparing them for the likes of…

– Track, aspect and point reporting and assistance
– Relays, lever locks and circuit controller identification and observation
– Strap and function testing
– Wire count and continuity testing

… and much more.

Well done, everyone. Keep up the good work!
