Just like to reiterate the fantastic work, and work ethic that Amaro have on site, in meetings, and reporting.

Amaro site team have been submitting some of the most comprehensive site reports, that I have personally seen on any project I have been attached to.

The team on site have been engaging, proactive and responsive, and been excellent in all aspects of what they have been set out to complete for Alstom.

If you could pass this onto the whole team, as the team you have on F2P are a credit to Amaro.

I am writing this email to personally thank your team for their support this week but in particular I would like to single out Charlie Bridgeman (jnr).

If he was a NR employee I would have recommended him for a staff recognition award this week 2 or 3 times.

In my opinion he has gone above and beyond in the last few days with trying to deal with the various issue that have arisen this week (I saw he was answering and sending emails in the early hours of Wednesday morning trying to resolve issues that stopped the team from working) and I know this is not the first time he has done this for both of our companies.

I just wanted to say a huge thankyou to both the NR and Amaro teams for the works completed to commission Selhurst depot over the weekend, it was fantastic to see how Amaro have worked with NR collaboratively on this project to deliver the new REB in the timescale. A big well done to all involved!

Additionally id like to recognise the on site Amaro team who attended on Saturday afternoon to a failure in Selhurst relay room and reset the traction supply. The amaro team’s action got trains moving again. Please share my personal thanks to the team who attended as first response quickly to help, as they certainly need to be praised for their professionalism.

I would just like to thank you for the hard work put in relation to Maidstone West non 650v. This wasn’t just about this weekend but the whole project so far. Let’s carry on in the same vein with the remaining two areas. Well done to all involved and thank you for the constant updates.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the Amaro guys who have worked on the F2P project from the start of the project until the end of the commissioning this weekend. From day one you team have been excellent, their workmanship/professionalism and attitude to safety has been second to none.

Having partnered with Amaro to deliver the route wide Earthing and Bonding Correlation for Network Rail Anglia route, I have been impressed with their dedication and professionalism to ensure that the work is carried out to the highest standard. They promise and deliver on time and with minimum of fuss, their knowledge of rail infrastructure and working procedures were a great complement to their overall engineering know-how.

MPI have worked with Amaro for a number of years and during that time we have developed an excellent and trusted working relationship. The Managing Director for Amaro Michael Ewart and his team work in a collaborative manner with their supply chain and ensure safety and delivery go hand in hand.

Amaro worked for myself and my team for eighteen months delivering a difficult project to improve resilience of the signalling infrastructure across the LNE and East Midlands routes. The project was difficult to deliver within the timescales and budget, but Amaro with their motivation, respect and agility delivered all the works successfully whilst improving relationships across the Network Rail Team.

Rail Planning Services have supported Amaro on a number of projects, most recently on the Thames link resilience programme. Signalling is a diverse environment to work in, fast moving, with ever changing priorities. Enforced Life-saving rules underline that safety is their number priority and there is an eagle eye focus on competences which are key to the delivery of work safely and to standard. Compliance to all standards and rules gives everyone confidence to get everyone home safe every day. Team work is of paramount importance and you are never deprived of help or assistance from senior management. They have also great concern about wellness and staff motivation, overall a great place to work and very supportive people.

Carrington West have worked with Amaro for the last 18 months and have helped them to deliver projects throughout the UK on rail infrastructure projects. Amaro have always made sure that they have worked as close as possible with us as a supplier to ensure that we help them to deliver the high standards of work that Amaro is associated with. We look forward to working with them over CP6 and continue to build on this relationship we share.

The whole process with Amaro is flawless, from office staff to track staff I have never encountered an issue. A very respectable and resourceful team that keep subcontractors in the loop throughout. I have the luxury of dealing with the resourcing teams, the finance teams and the ground staff and can rest at ease when it comes to working with Amaro.

I have used Amaro on a variety of schemes from a major S&T scheme to enable the development of the New Twickenham Station to emergency works at Epsom where they were involved during the 2 week design and build process to enable a new S&C unit to be installed following an embankment slip. Nothing is ever too difficult for these guys and I will continue to use them on future work.

First class service from a UK signalling powerhouse, very impressed with their technical expertise, approach to safety and client interaction. I’m looking forward to a long and reliable partnership!
