About Sean

Bringing more than 20 years’ rail infrastructure experience to the table, Sean began his career in rail back in 2001, working as a Key Account Manager for Western Electrical’s rail division, spending a number of years with the likes of Lorne Stewart and Unipart Rail before joining signalling specialists Rail Signalling & Power (RPS) in 2020.

Highly focused and with a comprehensive understanding of sales, procurement, and the supply chain, Sean boasts a consistent and proven track-record of successfully raising company profiles, implementing best business practices that improve efficiency and reduce costs, providing best value to clients and increasing company margins in the process.

On a day-to-day basis, Sean’s key roles and responsibilities include…

  • Leading the firm’s business development efforts, seeking out new relationships and market opportunities, driving growth for the company
  • Continuing to develop first class relationships with existing clients, exploring new ways of helping them to achieve their goals
  • Continually promoting the Amaro brand and values throughout the railway industry
  • Organising and attending a variety of events, both external and internal
  • Bid management, ensuring that all parties are properly focused, providing their relevant input within the allotted time
  • Seeking out new initiatives and strategic partnerships
