Safety First: Outstanding Network Rail Results

9 safety visits. 2 minor actions, both quickly resolved. Thanks to our teams for keeping Amaro safe and compliant.

Last year, Network Rail conducted 9 mandatory safety visits across 6 Amaro projects throughout the UK – including 8 x WHSEA visits and 1 x Safety Coach visit…

The result? Just 2 actions raised, both swiftly actioned and resolved!

A critical part of our Principal Contractor Licence requirements, these visits help make sure we meet the rigorous standards demanded by CDM Regulations and Network Rail’s HSQE framework. From welfare facilities to risk management, EVERY aspect is scrutinised to ensure we’re maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance.

Time after time, Network Rail have praised Amaro’s professionalism and HSQE culture. And while there are too many positive observations to list here, this result reflects the hard work and dedication of our site and office-based teams who live and breathe safety every single day.

A huge congratulations and thank you to everyone who’s kept our sites safe throughout 2025. Here’s to maintaining this performance in 2026 and beyond!
