Mick Wills and Liban Mohamed successfully pass their COSS

We couldn’t be prouder of them for reaching this important career milestone.

A huge round of applause goes out this morning to two of our team mates, Mick Wills and Liban Mohamed, on successfully passing their COSS (Controller of Site Safety) initial course!

A person qualified to ensure safe practice for work occurring on or near the rail infrastructure, the primary role of a COSS is to establish a safe system of work, protecting staff from trains, and trains from staff and rail-side activities.

An important step forward in their careers, not to mention a position of serious responsibility, we couldn’t be more proud of both of them.
