Part of our prisoner rehabilitation programme run in partnership with Elite Project Services, Charlie Dyckhoff joined Amaro on day release back in September ’23, determined to turn his life around and build a successful life for himself and his loved ones…

Officially released in December, we’ve been so impressed by Charlie that, just before Christmas, we offered him a full time role as Amaro’s latest Approved Electrician, a decision based on who he is today rather than the mistakes he’s made in the past.

Congratulations, Charlie. We’re so proud of you!
