Electrician and former offender Charlie Dyckhoff offered full time role

It’s a celebration with a difference as we honour a team member who’s achieved so much against all the odds…

A time served electrician and former offender, over the past few weeks, Approved Electrician Charlie has…

– Passed his COSS Initial assessment with flying colours, paving the way for him to become a fully fledged Controller of Site Safety

– Been awarded his 2391 course, giving him the knowledge and skills needed to carry out inspection and testing of electrical installations

Joining Amaro in September ’23 as part of our prisoner release programme with Elite Project Services, Charlie became the latest in a line of former offenders who’ve joined Amaro, desperate to get their lives back on track and reintegrate themselves into society.

Due for release in December, we’ve been so impressed by Charlie that we’ve offered him a full time role, a decision based on WHO he is today rather than the mistakes he’s made in the past.

Congratulations, Charlie. Here’s to the future you deserve!
