In a little under 2 weeks, Amaro apprentices, Laura Howes and Jack Rollinson, will be stepping out of their comfort zones… and onto the stage at this year’s Rail Technical Conference!
Held at the IET’s HQ in Birmingham, they’ll be taking part in a live Q&A session with rail training specialist, George Rigby, giving an often-overlooked apprentice’s view on the state of competency and training in the rail industry.
In a sector with an aging workforce and an uncertain future, Laura and Jack have shown without doubt that they’re the future of Amaro AND the wider industry. Bringing fresh perspectives and energy that perfectly complement their more experienced colleagues, they represent the next generation who’ll be keeping our railways running safely for years to come.
Fantastic effort, both of you. We can’t wait to see you in action!
