Steve Darch - Managing Director

Steve Darch began his railway career with British Rail, on the Southern Region. His first post was as a Probationary Rail man at New Cross Gate.

By 1996 he was undertaking Major Works TIC with Opel Engineering (later Atkins Rail) and Adtranz (later Bombardier) until 1998.

Steve moved into Asia, working on several mainline and Mass Transit projects in South-east Asia eventually seeing him return to the UK in 2000. The next eight years undertaking Testing Manager and TIC roles on a variety of contracts in the UK, Europe and Australia.

In 2008 Steve joined the Mass Transit team with Invensys Rail as New Works TIC on the SSL Track Circuit Immunisation project.

Sam McCrow - Operations Director

Sam McCrow has 10 years’ experience delivering complex programmes across multiple safety related industries.

In 2008, this experience and knowledge from the Defence industry and Criminal Justice Sector was brought to the Rail industry where he has led from the front delivering Signalling upgrades across the Sub Surface Lines of London Underground.

Throughout this time, Sam has undertaken Project Engineering and Project Management roles for Tier One London Underground Suppliers, utilising honest communication and direct project focussed goals to forge relationships within LUL.

His main skills lay in the forming of strong teams that are able to deliver in today’s economic environment, understanding client needs and translating this into successful delivery.
