From Apprentice to Skilled Engineer: Eva’s Milestone

Eva has earned her Level 3 Diploma in Rail Engineering (Signalling), showing dedication, skill, and a bright future helping to build the railway of tomorrow.

HUGE congratulations go out to our Apprentice, Eva Callaghan, who has officially been awarded her Level 3 Diploma in Rail Engineering Technician Competence (Signalling)!

This qualification represents far more than a certificate. At a time when the rail industry needs to recruit, train and develop 10,000+ engineering workers over the next five years, Eva is helping to build the skilled workforce our railway desperately needs.

Throughout her apprenticeship, she’s worked alongside experienced signalling professionals, supporting the delivery of some of our largest and highest profile projects. She’s embraced the latest technology, developed crucial technical skills, and laid the foundations for what’s already shaping up to be a seriously promising career in rail.

We’re incredibly proud of Eva’s dedication, hard work and achievement. Well done, Eva!
